Earthquakes That May Be Related To Fracking Close Ohio Oil Well

Frosty P writes "State leaders have ordered that four fluid-injection wells ('fracking') in eastern Ohio will be indefinitely prohibited from opening in the aftermath of heightened seismic activity in the area, an official said. A 4.0-magnitude quake struck Saturday afternoon near several wells that use 'fracking' to release oil deposits. It was the 11th in a series of minor earthquakes in the area."

What the fuck is wrong with you? How much do they pay you to spout this crap?

What we do know, for a fact, is that across the world we've seen seismic activity in areas where fracking has occurred, often at places where there is little or no seismic activity normally.

We also know that fracking poisons the water by dumping 254 chemicals into the ground that find their way to the water table. Did you forget that Dick Cheney himself pushed a law through that amended the Clean Water Act to specifically make fracking chemicals exempt?

It's painfully obvious to anyone, "environmentalists" or otherwise, that fracking is bad. Yet we have people like you ascertaining that is isn't that bad because we can't concretely prove they cause earthquakes.

Well gee, I think the 254 chemicals, none of which have been tested to see how they affect humans or animals, going into the water MAY be a bigger concern.
