Accused LulzSec Members Left Trail of Clues Online
Trailrunner7 writes "When the long arm of the law reached in to arrest members of Anonymous's senior leadership on Tuesday, speculation immediately turned to the identities of the six men behind the Guy Fawkes mask. With the benefit of hindsight, it turns out that many had been hiding in plain sight, with day jobs, burgeoning online lives and — for those who knew where to look — plenty of clues about their extracurricular activities on behalf of the world's most famous hacking crew. Two of the accused, Darren Martyn (aka 'pwnsauce,' 'raepsauce,' and 'networkkitten,') and Donncha O'Cearbhail, formerly known as Donncha Carroll (aka 'Palladium'), sported significant online footprints and made little effort to hide their affinity for hacking. In other areas, however, Martyn (who was reported to be 25, but claimed to be 19), seemed to be on his way to bigger and better things. He was a local chapter leader of the Open Web Application Security Project in Galway, Ireland. He spent some of his free time with a small collective of computer researchers with Insecurety Research, under the name 'infodox.'"
Dipstick, don't forget not only did the FBI (Fucking Bloody Idiots) allow the attacks to continue they were instigating them. So the FBI in reality thought so little of these crimes, they didn't give a fuck that they were actually occurring on their watch and under their guidance, a real WTF, they charge the squealer with 120 years of penalties and then run around committing those exact same crimes.
The Fucking Bloody Idiots were on some delusion trip about arresting thousands of members of this ginormous multi-national terrorist organisation that they were pretending 'Anonymous' was, thinking they were ever so 'special' agents and were all going to get great promotions and set off future political careers and/or get in on multi-million dollar privatisation and lobbyists scams.
They had the whole Lulzsec crew at the beginning of this debacle. As the squealer, the leader, instigator and without whom the attacks would have never have occurred chief of Lulzsec was already arrested. So Lulzsec went on to publicly commit crimes at the behest of the FBI (except of course the FBI cancelled an attack against the CIA, me thinks the CIA found out got pissed off and forced the FBI to shut it down).
So the top 'Anonymous' hacker over the last months was the FBI, no wonder those oh so 'special' agents involved want to remain 'Anonymous', they might have finally woken up to what they were doing and that they had not gotten one extra person than what they started with and the whole lot might self destruct in an entrapment defence.
A lot of the stories coming out now seem nothing more than mass media pro-government drivel trying to put a good public spin on what seems like nothing more than security theatre to drive highly profitable corporate security contracts.
