Apple Adds Samsung Galaxy SIII To Its Ban List
After its big win against Samsung, Apple named 8 Samsung products it wanted an injunction to ban from sale in the U.S. Apple wasn't content with that, though; USA Today reports on the state of the expanded list: "The new list of 21 products includes Samsung's flagship smartphone Galaxy S III as well as the Galaxy Note, another popular Android phone. If the court finds those devices are infringing Apple's patents and irreparably harming the U.S. company, it could temporarily halt sales in the U.S. market even before the trial begins."
They seek nothing less than a complete monopoly on the smart phone market.

Good for you. Me - I plan to never buy another Samsung product. They're refusing to compensate Apple for their blatant copying, but they rolled over and paid Microsoft $15 per phone, scared by Microsofts patent FUD. When I buy and Android phone, it will not be a Samsung.
Why is Apple the bad guy? Lets see So Googles CEO sat on Apples board and had advanced and privileged information on Apples iPhone development. He used this knowledge to build his own competitive copy-cat Android OS and then give it away to Apple competitors for free. These competitors hadn't done anything innovative with their phones in over a decade. But after Apple came out with a game changing new device, they all hopped on the Apple's bandwagon.
It seems to me that the only bad actor here is Google and the Android manufacturers. What they did was illegal, and at best unethical.
2/10 Troll.
Let me guess, you own an iPhone, and jerk off on your sense of superiority over others because of your phone?
Your mental capacity is as small as your screen size.
I've been boycotting them since the late 90's. I bought a DVD player from them. Rather than passing through captioning information, it munged it so that it could only be displayed with their craptastic system. The font was small and had no background box, making it unreadable in many scenes and useless for my then fiance. When contacted about it, I got a brushoff. Nobody wanted to listen to the problems. Except Best Buy, who cheerfully refunded me my money.

I'd rather Samsung be allowed to sell its own products in the US. Not other peoples ideas and products rebranded as Samsung.
You have several alternatives actually. You can use a Blackberry, Windows Phone, even Samsung's own Bada OS. The only thing they lack is the apps and that's more of a market thing than anything else. Android is becoming a defacto monopoly by a company that has been violating privacy laws everywhere. I'm not going to cheer for a for-profit company over another, no matter how less "evil" they look. If it isn't open source, non-profit as Mozilla, Apache Foundation, GNU, etc, then those products will always have strings attached and will rarely be an "alternative" to a consumer.
Everyone blames Apple for shitty factory workers environment, even though Apple has been open and invited 3rd party audits.
At the same time, Samsung's factories are giving people cancer, and they refuse to pay up.
That stupid one man show claims Apple employs underaged workers - except there's no evidence of it.
Recent study shows Samsung's factories employ up to 80% workers who are students, where a huge portion are underaged workers
Apple updates iOS for phones up to 3 years old, regularly. Providing security patches and shit. All phones are sold with the most current OS.
Samsung *STILL* sells Android 2.2 phones. And you will never get an update to 4.1 for those phones. Even phones and tablets sold with 4.0 will take 3-6 months before they *MIGHT* get upgraded to 4.1. The next version of Android? Security patches? *BWAHAHAHAHAHA*
Oh yeah, search for "most corrupt company in asia" and enjoy reading the shenanigans they pull.
Oh my. Marked as a troll because I tried to use facts to point out the hypocrisy of the android fanbois. Bwahahahaha.
Yup. Those idiots make it more difficult to have a real discussion. But, fuck 'em, I've plenty of karma to burn.
