Windows 8.1 RTM Trickling Out, With Start Menu and Boot-to-Desktop

The whole point of this update is that Windows 8 is now pretty much the same as Windows 7. The Start Menu is back, and the only other major difference is the new flat look. I bought a laptop with Windows 8 but after installing a replaement start menu I saw no reason to downgrade to 7. It really is barely different.
