Scottish Academic: Mining the Moon For Helium 3 Is Evil

MarkWhittington writes "Tony Milligan is a teaching fellow of philosophy at the University of Aberdeen and is apparently concerned about helium 3 mining on the moon. In a recent paper he suggested that it should not be allowed for a number of reasons which include environmental objections, his belief that the moon is a cultural artifact, and that too much access to energy would be bad for the human race."

The Moon: A Ridiculous Liberal Myth

Your post is a massive comedy fail. The moon is specifically mentioned as one of God's creations in Genesis. Conservatives believe in the moon.

"...there are five and a half billion people who need more cheap energy."

And there are seven billion people who need...fewer people.

A good reason it should be modded troll is that it's attempting to style itself as a parody, but the point of view that it parodies is a straw man. As such it's essentially misrepresenting - someone? Who? Difficult to say, but probably some category of people who have objections about liberals.

Personally I have come to the conclusion after a lifetime that I just cannot think of liberals as humans, because of the incessant flow of shit that humans should not be able to produce, like your post as a miniscule drop in an endless sea. Not sarcastic, or exaggerating - I literally can't imagine how humans can be as the average outspoken liberal is.
