Charles Carreon Finally Surrenders To the Oatmeal

First time accepted submitter Guy From V writes "Charles Carreon, zany lawyer and poster-child for the Streisand Effect (sorry Babs) for his lawsuit against The Oatmeal creator Mattew Innman last year in his original role as legal counsel for Funnyjunk, as reported by ArsTechnica, seems to have finally called it quits. In other news, the River Styx has reportedly dropped below 32 degrees Fahrenheit."

    I agree, he was a dork for what he did. If you mess with the bull expect to get the horns.

    HOWEVER, two wrongs do not make a right. Some people seem to think it is ok to join the mob because this guy is a jerk. I disagree with this sort of mentality. In fact I would almost say it is almost worse than what he did. The guy running the oatmeal probably is feeling pretty good. However, what he did was wrong too.

    There is enough wrong here to go around. It was funny to watch. But sad in the number of people willing to act like a jerk.
