US Adults Score Poorly On Worldwide Test

New submitter Norwell Bob sends this excerpt from an Associated Press report: "It's long been known that America's school kids haven't measured well compared with international peers. Now, there's a new twist: Adults don't either. In math, reading and problem-solving using technology – all skills considered critical for global competitiveness and economic strength – American adults scored below the international average on a global test, according to results (PDF) released Tuesday."

American blacks are particularly violent and savage and tribal.

Your generalization is false because it is simply too sweeping, but it is nonetheless
true ( and supported by FACTS in the below web page ) that some blacks tend toward
violence more than people of other ethnic backgrounds.

Before you knee-jerk children of privilege who have never spent time "on the street"
try to claim that blacks don't have a propensity for violence, read
the web page below. There you will see that despite blacks making up 13% of
the population in the US, they are responsible for a significantly greater proportion
of violent crime. Look at the statistics for carjacking, murder, etc.
