Beer Price Crisis On the Horizon

Currently, breweries are allowed to sell unprocessed brewing by-products to feed farm animals. Farmers prize the nutritious, low-cost feed. But, new rules proposed by the FDA could force brewers to implement costly processing facilities or dump the by-products as waste. I love Slashdot. Most readers admit that they can't even clear 6 figures practicing their occupation of choice, which they claim to be good at, but they fancy themselves food safety / environmental experts every chance they get.
