How about we just pull law enforcement out of the ghettos? That's basically what they want. Let them live in the thug cesspool they've created for themselves, and take their welfare away. Either way, it'll fix the problem. The'll either get smart and quit being thugs, or they'll self police and end up exterminating themselves.
