FBI: Review of New Emails Doesn't Change Conclusion on Clinton (cnn.com)
FBI director James Comey told Congress Sunday that the new scrutiny of emails related to Hillary Clinton has turned up nothing that would cause the bureau to recommend charges against her. The conclusion comes nine days after rocking the presidential race with word that a new trove of emails had been discovered. "During that process, we have reviewed all of the communications that were to or from Hillary Clinton while she was secretary of State," Comey wrote. "Based on our review, we have not changed our conclusions that we expressed in July with respect to Secretary Clinton." From a report on CNN:"We were always confident nothing would cause the July decision to be revisited. Now Director Comey has confirmed it," tweeted Clinton spokesman Brian Fallon. Comey's last-minute announcement gives Clinton an opportunity for an I-told-you-so moment -- but it's unlikely to undo the political damage of his initial announcement. Trump and his allies have seized on that announcement, using it claim Clinton is likely to face criminal charges. "If she were to win, it would create an unprecedented constitutional crisis," Trump claimed Saturday night in Reno, Nevada. "In that situation we could very well have a sitting president under felony indictment and ultimately a criminal trial. It would grind government to a halt." The political benefit for Trump has been that Republicans who'd been skeptical of their party's nominee have largely followed vice presidential nominee Mike Pence's calls to "come home" to the party -- finding Trump less objectionable than Clinton.
Of course they didn't change their conclusion because the important matters didn't change - she's still white, wealthy, and powerful.
We know Hillary is guilty of something, we just don't know what.
Hillary Clinton is an evil person. She left Americans, people under her employ, to die in Libya. Afterward she claimed that this obviously preplanned attack, on the anniversary of another planned attack on the USA, was just a protest over a movie that got out of hand. The maker of this movie was then jailed over a minor probation violation to make things look at least nominally consistent with her claims. This man was jailed as a scapegoat because he dared exercise his right of free expression.
This e-mail scandal is nothing compared to the crimes she's committed before. The operation of the Clinton Foundation as a charity is a sham. It does give a lot of money to help the poor but that is only to launder the money they get. A good front company will do what they say they do or else it wouldn't be a front. Behind the scenes they pocket a lot of money, divert some to their political friends, who also seem to operate front companies that do construction and such. The Foundation was used as a way for foreign nations to buy influence in the State Department when she was Secretary.
This FBI investigation over the improper handling of secret e-mails is just one of five FBI investigations that Clinton is involved with right now. It's not a question on if she broke the law, only the matter of which laws specifically she broke and how many times. She belongs in jail and for the rest of her life.
Her crimes makes her unsuitable for public office but even if that is ignored just her policies alone make her unfit. She's been talking about how we need to go to war with Russia. Her policies on political campaign reform would be the end of free expression in the USA. Her immigration policies alone could collapse the economy. Her idea on the right to keep and bear arms requires that we redefine what the words "right" and "keep" mean, sort of how Obamacare allows you to "keep" your doctor redefining.
One bright spot in all of this is that Clinton does not appear to be in good health. Not that I wish anyone ill but I do believe that if she is elected that she will do serious damage to the republic, the only thing that may stop her now is her own mortality.
If I stopped there I suspect that people would reply to me on how Trump is terrible and they'd vote for Clinton only to keep Trump from winning. Trump didn't leave people to die at the hands of thugs and terrorists. Trump didn't use the power of government to silence his opposition. Trump, having never been in government, has never abused the powers of public office. He's been a private citizen all this time, and as a businessman has had to fight the government to make money and employ people. He knows where government has failed business and I expect that if he wins that we will see economic growth. Trump is far from perfect but at least he's not the next in line to maintain a criminal dynasty in the USA.

I'm a conservative, but, I also live in reality. If anyone thinks this "lady" isn't going to be the next president, you're nuts! Between the Clinton Crime Foundation, the Arkansas Mafia, illegal alien voters, multiple voters, dead voters, 99% of the media, the majority of the establishment Republicans, she's gonna be the next president. Personally, I think the only reason Trump got into the race in the first place, was because Bill Clinton, whom he had a meeting with BEFORE even running for the nomination, was probably told "or else". With the stupidity of "celebrity-ism" in this country, and, saying what people have WANTED a politician to say, the media goes along and pretty much only covers Trump, not giving any other candidate a chance. Trump has been a liberal pretty much his entire life. Gives to liberal causes, backs liberal candidates, even said "Hillary will make a great senator" when she ran for the NY senate seat. Heck, on Wednesday, it would not surprise me, if Trump say "I never wanted to be president anyway" and then laughs as he and the democrats destroyed what's left of the GOP. But, I can tell you living here in the midwest, there are a TON of people that have HAD IT with Washington DC. They push it even more with a uber socialist like Hillary, and there will be another bloody civil war in this nation. Oh, I'm sure they will try to get the guns, but, what it will do is cause our government to kill it's citizens to get them, because they aren't gonna give em up. Boy, I really feel sorry for this nation in the next few years, regardless of who wins. One thing, if Hillary wins, the markets and the global economy have been propped up by "money printing" and should go into another depression. Guess who gets the blame? The president...pretty much regardless if it is their fault or not. Personally, I'd like to see the entire citizen population opt for an Article 5 convention of states, repeal the 17th amendment, put the election of senators BACK into the hands of the state legislators, as it was intended. Citizens HAVE a voice in DC, the House of Representatives. The states were to elect the senators, who would give voice to the states in DC. That balance was upset with the 17th amendment. We have gone so far off the kilter, to what the Constitution says government is suppose to be that people are AFRAID of government, and, it should be THE OTHER WAY AROUND.
To put things in context the above poster is the "pentagon plane crash was faked" guy who also said he knew another building was demolished and not burned "because he's an engineer". Apparently writing software without a university level qualification teaches you metallurgy (he thinks steel doesn't soften until it melts) the second the HR chick decides you've put in enough years to be called engineer.
So to put things in context the poster above is a serial nutcase seeing conspiracies everywhere and prepared to lie to back up his fantasies.
