President Trump's Budget Includes a $2 Trillion Math Error (time.com)
An anonymous reader quotes a report from TIME: President Trump's budget includes a simple accounting error that adds up to a $2 trillion oversight. Under the proposed budget released Tuesday, the Trump Administration's proposed tax cuts would boost economic growth enough to pay for $1.3 trillion in spending by 2027. But the tax cuts are also supposed to be revenue-neutral, meaning that trillion dollars is already supposed to pay for the money lost from the tax cuts. Former Treasury Secretary Lawrence Summers called the oversight an "elementary double count" and "a logical error of the kind that would justify failing a student in an introductory economics course" in an op-ed in the Washington Post.
The IRS looks at his taxes every year. So, unless you're saying that the IRS has not done its job his taxes have been checked.
All this is supposition upon supposition. If true he gets funds from others (pay for play) then he deserves to go to be disgraced, impeached and go to jail. Now, that applies to all politicians, including those with charities pressuring others to "contribute."
We're pretty positive the Clintons have done that for years. We have NO evidence of that for Trump. (Yet) Nonetheless you call him Herr Donald. Do you go Herr Bill as well? (There's a pun there somewhere.)

In a sense im not sure it matters anymore. Speaking from the perspective of canadian, the US government seems totally messed up from top to bottom.
I mean, if trump gets impeached you still get crappy people taking his job... it's just a constant stream of crap. Yet the internet seems rife with americans that seem to think everything is fine and great or want to blame it on that other guy, as if that helps the situation they are currently in.

The problem with taxes, is that every time we try to lower them, liberals go ape shit crazy, as if you're tossing Grandma off a cliff, killing kittens and eating babies. Democrats only know one thing, "Increase taxes!!"
See California, which is raising taxes once again, to pay for things previous taxes were raised for, but redirected by Democrats into their pet projects and social experiment programs. In this case, it is "Gas" taxes to pay for "Roads" that previous taxes were supposed to pay for. Meanwhile, they will be surprised when tax revenue from Gasoline drops as more people figure out that a Tesla is less expensive now and actually pays for itself, depriving the state of much needed Gas Taxes.
