This may have happened as early as last December. The issue was discovered when Kelly submitted the phone to the White House's tech support crew during the summer, complaining that the phone would not update correctly.

3) He said there were winds "over 200mph" - FALSE

And, he didn't get anywhere near the "devastation".

Oh, and he also didn't know the difference between the Coast Guard and the US Air Force.
