Doctor Who Won't Return Until 2020 (bbc.co.uk)

AmiMoJo quotes the BBC: The next series of Doctor Who won't start until 2020, it's been confirmed. Series 11 ended on Sunday night, but after the festive special on New Year's Day, Jodie Whittaker won't be seen in the Tardis again next year.

Showrunner Chris Chibnall said work on the new series had already begun... The first episode of the series, the first to feature a female Doctor, drew a record audience. It saw the highest launch viewing figures for the sci-fi stalwart in a decade, with 10.9 million people tuning in. The series has been considered a ratings success, with viewing figures above those of the last two series when Peter Capaldi starred in the title role.

News Flash...Star Trek was about a POSITIVE future, a belief that tomorrow was better than today. Even the Klingons and Romulans were depicted as honorable, see the episode where the Klingon told Kirk he was a warrior and deserved better than to die for a race of wussies and how he wished they had met on a battlefield or the Romulan saying if circumstances were different they may have been friends.

You certainly never saw Roddenberry making an alien race of republicans just so he could show how woke he was or having his characters prostrate themselves because they were the wrong race or sex and that is EXACTLY what we are getting on everything from Star Wars (which just FYI was a fantasy and a ripoff of Kurosawa's Hidden Fortress and certainly wasn't political for the first 3 unless you are such a cuck you think Space Nazis are some how political and not just shorthand for "baddie") with Admiral Gender Studies (a wahmen lesbian that treats the male hero like shit, gets the majority killed, yet is supposedly the good guy...yeah I honestly thought it was gonna come out she was working for the Empire on first viewing as she was frankly doing a better job killing rebels than Hux) to ST:D and Mikey Spock which frankly in any other ST show would have been thrown in the brig by now and now Who wand wadda ya know...the ratings show nobody wants your political horseshit as the numbers tumble and viewers run away in droves.

Ya wanna know what I find most hilarious about the whole thing? SJWs and their supporters are the best damn adverts the right wing could EVAR ask for as their classist racist toxic spoiled virtue signaling is about as appealing to most as anal fissures so even the ideas which most would agree with like all deserve equal treatment under the law is quickly made as palatable as and desirable as radioactive waste because its being championed by smug douchebags everyone wants to punch in the face!
