wozz writes "The new edition of DaemonNews is up. Features on setting up a FreeBSD lab, Commercial use of BSD/Linux as well as Newbies Corner, Adventures in BSD, Answerman, Darby, and the Daemon's Advocate."

    am I a fool whose browser doesn't want to refresh, or is the November issue not at the main site?

      The DNS was changed and took a while to filter though the internet. If your DNS was current the new issue came up, if not, you got the old site with last months issue.

    keeps killing netscape?

    totally unrelated to this, but does everybody else on freebsd 3.3 also have problems with netscape crashing on slashdot? usually when you hit the back button? please advise, it's drivin me nuts.

      I have seen it especially when viewing my profile on SlashDot. I don't recall if it happens when hitting the back button.

      I have problems with netscape 4.7 crashing on everything. I hate to say it, but bring on the IE port for FreeBSD :(
