Let states develop and use them, and make it legally binding that the responsibility for deploying them and for anything they do is the personal legal responsibility of the head of government, and with no 'sovereign immunity' get-outs.
Teamviewer is fine. My biggest gripe is that you can use the free option, or pay £440 for the business version. That's silly pricing for a small business that might use it less than once a month - they need a £50 pricing option as well.
Just send them a copy of the business plan.
(I assume that anyone planning a business would develop a detailed business plan, including goals, dates, detailed income/sales budgets etc. It can be pure fantasy of course, but there really should be one - it's very handy when trying to borrow money)

Digitizing the genome of every woman he slept with?

Does this mean that the US Government is now going to freeze all the assets of the US Government and George W Bush? Could be complicated? I suggest he might want to rescind this order pretty quickly...
