Surely only a bunch of liberal Commies would pass laws that ban citizens from selling legal things to each other? Shame on all those Commie legislators in Georgia!
Let states develop and use them, and make it legally binding that the responsibility for deploying them and for anything they do is the personal legal responsibility of the head of government, and with no 'sovereign immunity' get-outs.
Teamviewer is fine. My biggest gripe is that you can use the free option, or pay £440 for the business version. That's silly pricing for a small business that might use it less than once a month - they need a £50 pricing option as well.
Just send them a copy of the business plan.
(I assume that anyone planning a business would develop a detailed business plan, including goals, dates, detailed income/sales budgets etc. It can be pure fantasy of course, but there really should be one - it's very handy when trying to borrow money)
I really don't think the article should keep going on about 'devolving' - to devolve means to transfer power from a government/legislative body to a lower level body. It's got nothing to do with re-cycling or dismantling old electronics!
Some quick sums on file sizes for online digitized material: 200K pages - say a generous 100K/page = 20GB 300 reels of tape + 1245 recordings, say 1000 hours of audio at about 1MB/minute = 60GB 72 reels of film, say 50 hours at a generous 2GB/hour (DVD quality) = 100GB 1500 images + [images of] 300 artifacts at a generous 1MB each = about 2GB Total: 182GB What are they doing with the other 116.8 TB? Digitizing the genome of every woman he slept with?
It's people like Murdoch and their 'Papers of News' that were responsible for throwing hundreds of town criers and ballad-sellers on the scrapheap - this serves him right!
One of the organisations who have clearly "committed, or to pose a significant risk of committing, an act or acts of violence that have the purpose or effect of threatening the peace or stability of Iraq..." is the government of the United States of America, and its duly appointed leader. Does this mean that the US Government is now going to freeze all the assets of the US Government and George W Bush? Could be complicated? I suggest he might want to rescind this order pretty quickly...
Prior art: the Cysgliad suite of programs (developed by Canolfan Bedwyr at the University of Wales Bangor http://www.bangor.ac.uk/ar/cb/cysgliad.php.en) do just this for Welsh and have done for some years: type in the infinitive and it declines the verb, type in a short form and it displays the infinitive with the option to decline.

I assume that's a strange way of spelling 'sending'
