    The jewish, and various other gods, did declare that they wouldn't destroy mankind again, but didn't say anything about stopping mankind destroying itself. If man wants to destroy itself I think the gods will be quite happy to let them do it.

    Just some things to think about;
    Any species that stays on one planet is just waiting for extinction. Oh and to the earlier ac - we are in a major extinction event right now, didn't you notice?
    First nation/corporation to settle space wins. At this stage it looks like the Chinese.
    Space starions and space arcs are feasible, even with our current technology.
    Growth in an enclosed system is limited. Spread it into space and the limits come much later.

    Agreed. How is the gmail address NOT a real email address? Do you want everyone to buy a domain and then set up storage, etc? And then try to copy all the gmail features, including the excellent spam detection? I have a real gmail address, as well as a real name address, as well as several work specific addresses, all ongoing to my very real gmail account. (of course, if you offer SEO services and send from a gmail account then that is an example of a not real email address)(yeah I'm talking to you Rosa at seorankingexpert@hotmail.com and friends)

    Personally, if I had cancer I would try everything else before I would accept barbaric chemotherapy treatments. As the saying goes, "if the cancer doesn't kill you, the chemo will". .

    And in my case the chemo mopped up the excess cancer cells from all the cancerous lymph nodes they couldn't remove via (barbaric) surgery. So it might be barbaric but in my case it worked. One more nodule removed, several unremovable but controlled by (barbaric) Avastin. So chemo is bad, very bad, but it can work. Of course there are the alternatives..... (no thanks).

    I thought this was talking about ice floating on NthAmerican and/or European soil? So go ahead and retry the experiment by putting glacier quality ice and see if it floats in a cup of dirt. And anyway, this is all rubbish, crust has been going up and down throughout the earth's history so this isn't special.....
