    My home router (Draytek Vigor 2820Vn) is pretty much perfect - it isn't dual band - but who cares? Lots of VPN and Firewall features - perfect for me!
    Only complaint - Draytek are slow to release new firmware - been in RC for 3 months..!

    Disabling AutoRun on flash devices will not make a lot of difference - people still can't help to click on something that says "Click the Button Now!"

    If you switch off your own workstations, you won't be able to perform detailed analysis of all the savings being made by switching computers off. You also will not get any work done - proving to your employer(s) that you do not value your job, despite being green. Switch someone else's workstation off instead, proving that you can be green on somebody's behalf - and you still get your own work done.

    There is a simple reason why more people use KDE rather than Gnome - KDE is updated more regularly - both for bugfixes and additional features and to my mind is like a proper linux GUI - buggy and split into loads of different bits, with lots of dependancies that at times you cannot figure out. Just what you need... Use the command line if you don't like KDE - but just don't bother with Gnome...

    "the rest of the world gets deep discounts" Try living in Europe then - we never get "deep discounts" - we in the UK pay the same in £££ as people in the US pay in $$$ for the majority of Microsoft software...

    Mmmm - You could say something similar to GW Bush: "Better safe than sorry. It would probably be okay, but why risk human lives when you can buy your oil somewhere else and get a better deal." I agree with the fact that testing cannot possible eradicate all chances of failure - but computers (especially the advanced ones Nasa uses, should be able to cope with a date change...
