of this idea. The tricky part is how well the content can be "reflowed". And as noted, this can already be (and is being) done with JavaScript. The proposal is only to make it native to a browser.
Combustion engines need variable transmission because they have small optimal ranges of output torque and RPM. However, for hybrid drives, you can simple direct all output from the engines to charge up batteries and drive the wheels electrically. Wouldn't this bypass the need for an infinitely variable transmission?
From what's described, it seems the exploiter can simply serve identical contents as the targeted page to have it droped by duplication filter of a search engine without redirecting search bot to the targeted page at all. Or, am I missing something here?
0 dBA corresponds to a sound power of 1 picowatt per square meter. Roughly, it's the threshold of human hearing. There definitely is possibility of weaker sounds measured at negative dBAs.
Whether a fix exist or not, when a problem of a product is known to the developers, witholding it from the users is to strip the users the right of the information essential to decide whether they want to keep using the product. Even though these softwares often come with no warrentee, it's a moral obligation to disclose the truth even it might mean scaring away some caucious users. I think it's even so for the users who are the willing beta testers.
When you change the amplitude of a sine wave at zero crossing, you'll create a kink there since the slope of a sine at zero is proportional to it's amplitude. This discontinuity in the slope put energy in all frequency range.

It starts on page 2.
The problem is not in the code you need to describe the simulation. It's the machine you need to run this code.

As long as people understand, it's correct.
