Too bad for me it wouldn't have been a long night to get a PS3, it would have been a long 3 days(thats the 1st I checked my Best Buy), and not only would it have been an insanely long wait, but that huge storm that created all those tornados in the south came up for those 3 days and sort of hovered over the north east.
Exactly. If the people in line were only waiting there for the console so that they could play it, I doubt there would be much rioting(hopefully they would realize its just a game). But these people were looking at the PS3 launch as part of their income, and one could say waiting in line was their 'job' to get paid, and when they don't get anything, well, pissed scalpers insue. Also, not all people make $1,400 to $4,000 a week. Getting that PS3 can be up to 12 weeks(or 24 if your lazy) of pay for us poor college students.
