i think vigilante avenue has been explored.. 'member blue security?? as i recall it didn't work out real well for them..
try running rootkit revealer www.sysinternals.com/Utilities/RootkitRevealer.htm l sysinternals has quite a few nice tools to help with this sort of investigation.. this will at least let you know what files are hidden from the windoze API..
not a bad thought but know that the people effected will not be CEO's having to cleanse their inboxes of spam messages..it will be the admins and help desk techs fielding calls from angry users wondering why they are getting so much penis enlargement ads.. -- some people are just self-conscious ya know?
