However, if you have spent ANY time with these customer reps (bank, phone, internet, or some mixture) you will have found the frequency of such incompetance and poor representation of service rife. Staged or not, this may be the beginning of a grass roots movement where we have a forum to document these oversights/scandals.
I have been a long time user of Suse. I must say that since Novell took over, the quality has gone down notably. This recent MS deal is even more disturbing. Does anyone know of a good distro that will allow me to painlessly switch? One that supports windowmaker?
