Why would I want to drain the battery of my phone by listening to music? That thing does not last long enough as it is... When it comes to changing a song or doing whatever, I can just reach into my pocket and press the right buttons. This is impossible with most phones.
And have you actually listened to the sound most ADCs and headphone amps in cheap phones produce? Sure, you get what you pay for, but I do not want to pay 500 euros for a phone, just so I can listen to music in a reasonable quality and end up with an expensive phone, that is way to big and heavy to take it with me jogging or cycling.
What the...? This was not what the preview did show me;).
So, I will just sum up what I wrote before.
KDE 4 has not been very stable or high performance for me either. However, to me this was not a huge problem, because I have been working with fluxbox for a long time anyways. The people around me using KDE4 migrated to XFCE and seem to be happy with their choice.
What I do not understand is: Even if KDevelop stopped being a reasonable choice for you (even using another window manager/desktop manager), was your project so heavily dependent on features offered by KDevelop?
If there was no time to migrate to a new IDE, how did you have time to actually work on your project?
I'm not trying to troll here. I just don't understand what was so special about KDE and KDevelop to you, that you just stopped working on your project because of KDE4 and migrated to Windows 7 (where you had to change to a new IDE anyways).
Is this really a problem with multinational companies being 'evil'?
While businesses today are indeed multinational, might this not even be a legitimate(but not necessarily ethical) way to make more profit?
The world has grown together in an economical sense, yet the nations exist in much the same way the existed for a long time.
Unfortunately with all the the support the RIAA is getting they might live longer than one would think. And until they finally die they could possibly do a lot of harm to consumers and artists.
I wonder how long it will take until more and more artists actually make use of the Internet, because up until now it seems like most of them continue to publish their works the old fashioned way.

I wonder if Duke Nukem Forever will solely rely on IPv6 for networking...
