Truthfully, EULAs are not that complicated or hard to read, most people are just stupid.

Definitely. Last time I installed licensed copies of Windows 7 & MS Office 2007, for the first time, I fully read the EULAs, in my native language. Both EULA's were understandable. All terms were clear, I had no problems.

My die hard Android fan friends say that they chose an Android device because they didn't fall for Apple's popularity or cute interfaces like moron Apple fanboys (like me, they say). Maybe Android phone makers could advertise that. "You can be different by not buying an iPhone. You are smart. You make great choices. Blah Blah" The Android phones they happen to use have user interfaces that resembles IOS much more than other Android phones. How cool is that?

You may probably have had an electrostatic discharge incident, that is, you quickly shared a serious amount of electrons on you with the chasis if the chassis is not grounded, or lost almost all your charge to ground otherwise. The feeling is similar to a brief shock. Difference is you will not feel shock in consequent contacts until you have enough charge again.

Turkish prisons are much better than US prisons, if US prisons are exactly as they are pictured by movies and TV shows. Ironically, you rate Turkish prisons after watching ONE non Turkish movie, which is a well known anti Turkey propaganda everyone is apperantly willing to buy.

What we expect is that Apple may turn off some features on older models and let the early adopters enjoy mostly SECURITY UPDATES. It shouldn't be that difficult. My 2 year old phone is without security updates for months. On the other hand, even really old Macs can 'run' OS X Leopard. Great job Apple!
