I have never encountered any restrictions on what I can and can't do, but just because the opportunity to mess around is there it doesn't mean you should take it.

I have noticed the ICANN forums are censored, I've emailed them in the past and nothing ever gets published, so its hardly a forum more of a filing system for feedback they don't seem to care about.
Complaining is the only thing that can be done, if the government chooses to ignore us there's nothing we can do about it. Soon we wont even be allowed to speak out against them.
But if the robber uses public transport the transport company should also be held accountable because there are way for them to know what people are carrying.

Im going to be real pissed when my government bans my own site.
With music and movie's if you don't want to be treated as a criminal you simply download everything and there's no harm done.
But with multiplayer games you NEED to connect to a server and its this "phone home" nature of online games that gets people.
This will just fuel the creation of independent forums where nazi rule isn't so tight.

Why host a website in Australia its too expensive. I host mine in the United States because its less than half the cost.
Some parts of the world, such as Australia have very little bandwidth available.
