Analyzing traffic and keeping up your security is very much different than collecting personal information into a database, especially for commercial purposes or by a commercial company. Now, when you mention MasterCard, let me give you an example. Your MasterCard number is personal information. The card might not belong to you, it might legally belong to the bank, but the number is still your personal information. You have rights to privacy. Now, when paying with MasterCard on POS machines, each time you slip the card through the POS, the machines takes some money out of your bank account. OK, now imagine all those POS machines collecting your MasterCard number and claiming you have given the card to them to slip it through the POS machine, so it is given, and they can collect it and do what they want with the information.

Of course there are ways to turn off broadcasting, but as a matter of fact, it does not matter if you broadcast or not. What matters for the law is if the personal information was collected and if such collection was against the law. As simple as that. In many countries, personal information is your name, your address and phone number. By giving consent to White Pages to categorize your name, address and phone number in their database, the consent was not given to other companies to freely copy such personal information. And name, address and phone number are also similar to broadcasting SSID, but nevertheless it is personal information. It is one very different situation when you see someone, or read someone's personal information in opposite to collecting and making a database of personal information. If you see a naked woman on the balcony, this is very much different situation than Google showing the naked woman on Street View. She did not give consent for that. You shall not be ignorant to other people's privacy.

    Comparing prices and dates:

    - Day of the Month, is usually most important practical information within the date. When you get asked, which date it is, you don't say 2007th Year, 5th Month, 15th day, but you say 15th, as that is the most important practical information in the moment when required.

    - For prices, cents are not most important information, so the price of 19,99 can well be said as 20 or 19 and something.

One someone is murdered it is great loss to the relatives, family and all persons connected or dependent of the victim, including the parts of society. Such loss shall be in some way, by my opinion, brought into just. But revenge and justice are not synonyms. By revenge it is to inflict harm in return for some injury, insult and to get satisfaction. Justice is about bringin equity. Don't mix those two, they are not same.

By having impacted loss, murder, shall not be punished in sense of sitting in some prison without doing anything. Such loss will not be "just" by spending time in prison or anywhere. The murderer shall be punished to reimbursment of the loss. Hereby I would like to cite the Penal Code, by L. Ron Hubbard from: http://humanitarian.lronhubbard.org/penal.htm

    12. Loss of life by intent shall be deemed a capital crime and shall be actionable by a total reimbursement of loss of their interest to all financially involved persons and substitution insofar as possible by the offender and failing the latter shall be further disciplined as the judge of the court, after due unanimous findings by the jury, shall decree.

    13. The death sentence shall not be part of any penal code of the country.

The report implies the prediction that if nothing is done now, we have 50 degrees rise in 500 years. We have now spring flowers like Dandelion, in December 2006, at Swabian Highlands which never happened before: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=DslIolIomA0 http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=JsLoDsCj7zQ

Well before many years I found out it is possible to spot deja-vu kind of dreams, so I narrated my dreams in details to my friend. An example was a book with front cover where on each finger tip was one coin, something for magicians. Months later I actually got my fingers on the book in the country where such books do not exist in bookstores. I was collector. And many times after that confirmed deja-vu happened to me, due to my ability to spot the deja-vu dreams. My explanation for deja-vu is that it is partly our wishes or planned future and partly real, physical world which we in spirit, while dreaming, visit or review. Anyone else out of his head?
