    could do this and not be a giant hack, AND it will have a full and integrated control scheme in a nice package with a warranty. I have had this app on my android device for at least 2 years. I have 4 RasPis and a ton of 16x2 LCD displays, Ethernet arduinos, etc and none of it comes close to a nice cheap android solution for this function. You could even go full AOSP with such a simple function.

    The problem with imessage is there is no way to VERIFY its actually encrypted. There is no EASY encryption, all of it requires diligence.

    Its feature set, in my opinion blows away those cards. Better drivers, cheaper to run, cooler, no power connections needed. Cheapest doesnt mean 'best value'.

    I would say this is a matter of opinion. The 750 Ti is a MONSTER at its price point, especially with ShadowPlay.

    YotLD has already come and gone, guess what, we didnt need it after all. Linux got its foothold and isnt being actively hunted by the giants anymore. Microsoft tried to kill it a hundred different ways, using BUCKETS of money. The only failure here is your perspective. Linux survived, and is thriving, that is all we ever asked for. World Domination will come later, or not, who cares.

The purpose of the police is to keep the peace, not punish and not push so hard that undue suffering is caused, esp when no true harm is at stake

    Its my test setup. I started with my low def rips and DVDs and plan on working up from there. I only have about 15 full size Blu-rays on there (just started ripping them in the last 6 months). Eventually ill add another, pro-grade NAS, maybe even a ZFS setup with larger storage. Keep in mind that im co-located, so costs double for any changes. Its more important to me to have quality over quantity.

    My NAS is 5.5 GB, co-located at mine and my in-laws house. Total cost $600, less than a blu-ray carousel.

    They have been letting Apple TV wither on the vine for a long time now. I gave up after they came out and said 'wow Apple TV is selling, i guess we should get more serious about it'.
