I don't think that's the way the guys at Sony BMG, Universal etc. see it.
If they spend (insert ballpark millions of dollar figure), and re-coup a 15$ sale in return,
I'm pretty sure someone somewhere will be getting a pink slip.
The interesting time for DRM will be the DVI replacement, DisplayPort.
This has the potential to put the ball firmly back in the MediaCorp court.
