Hmm. Looks fishy from the start, and I actually think paypal is doing the right thing here.
Regardless, it seems as though this money is going to be used to buy things for the soldiers (magazines, games, snacks, etc) that obviously don't need any more distractions. Maybe they wouldn't have been ambushed in the first place if they weren't eating combos and whacking it to playboys...?
