I believe nuclear plants get upgraded and retrofitted all the time.
I had a talk at my university once held by a man in charge of organizing annual maintenance and upgrades for a reactor. (He worked full time on this, shutting down a reactor for a couple of weeks of maintenance and upgrades takes a year, or more, of planning.)
I believe Skylines is made by the same studio that made Cities in Motion (public transportation sim). It makes sense that public transportation system should be decent in this one.
This uses IR light though, opposite end of the spectrum.
At any rate, this kind of technology would only be useful against current facial recognition technology and only if most people use it. Otherwise it's just "track the douche with the glowing face."
The point about ISIS is that if you do ANYTHING they don't happen to like today, they'll come and kill you. Even if it's cleaning your windows in the wrong way...
They might be right about that one though, clean the windows wrong and there will be marks all over them. Very unsightly.
Maybe somebody hijacked their accounts and posted spam with them, happened to me once. It's annoying, but they should just open a support ticket. In my case, the problem was resolved before I had to send death threats to the CEO.
Lots of people seem to not understand what "free speech" means.
All it means is that the government can't arrest you or otherwise stop you from expressing an opinion.
This does not apply to a privately owned corporation, they are free to refuse service to anyone for any reason.
Daesh are free to spout their drivel in a cave in middleofnowherestan as much as they like, we don't have to listen or provide them with a soapbox to stand on.
Are the colours in pillars of creation visible and IR pictures "natural" or were they added in later? I don't know much about astronomy, but I thought that original images don't have much color and the bright colors are added in to make them prettier/easier to study. Am I wrong?

This is nothing, I've done it in KSP. There were no survivors, mission successful.

Muslims have a lot of ninjas though. A lot of their women run around dressed as such.
