As long as 'Kirk' locks lips with a green woman, I'm golden! I would like to see some tribbles too! I wonder how much tie in to TOS there will be. I know this may be uber nerdy but I wish they could have taken TOS set and used that technology level/look only older for the movie (not the mention the TV series Enterprise)! Will we get to see where Uhura learned to fan dance?

The point is that Christianity doesn't believe there is a 'good person' for 'all have sinned and fallen short of God's glory'. Christ is the key because His sacrifice made us right in God's sight DESPITE the fact there are none 'good' or 'perfect'. I agree that logically this is foolishness but a belief in God definitely takes faith. Let's just say that I'm not going to lose anything by believing in God!

  10. Windows color schemes on What Font Color Is Best For Eyes? · · Score: 0

Unlike most of these posters, I don't have to work in terminal/vi/macs most of the live long day but when I do, I enjoy the classic green text on black or, thanks to Tiny Term, yellow text on a blue background. In Windows, I like blues. I use the Royale theme and usually try a background that isn't too busy and is either blue as well or a complimentary color. Currently I have a space background but since there is alot of black it's not too much for my eyes to focus on. In other news, this is a ridiculously long thread for a post on color schemes!

  11. A huge waste of taxpayers money? on NASA Slashing Observations of Earth · · Score: 0, Flamebait

I'm sorry but I sincerely feel that NASA eats up too huge a chunk of the Federal Budget. I agree with space exploration to a point such as gathering vital information such as weather and counterintelligence but I do not feel that Mars Missions or Moon missions are cost effective or necessary. I'm glad for the possible downsize.
