There are actually very few fully legit internet stations in the US. Minimum fees from SESAC/SoundExchange/ASCAP run around ~$2,400 a year. It's tough to foot that kind of bill when your income is ad and donation based.
I assume we can compare this to WPM typing speed. IIRC, The average English word is 7 characters including the space when typed. I haven't read through the thread yet, perhaps someone has clarified.
Wasn't Halon the normal gas for this type of stragey? I remember sniffing around old cell sites and seeing the "DANGER - HALON GAS" sings everywhere.

Agreed. Additionally, from my searches it seems these boxes are more expensive than comparable boxes WITH Windows installed. How can this be?
