I gave up coffee in the mornings before work. For me it's a strong cup of tea, usually oolong or puh-ehr. When I really need to widen my apeture, I go for Mate. No sugar. No milk.
Solid food, if any, is fruit. Bananas and apples are great on the go because I can eat them during my commute by train or when I get to work. Donuts, croisaints and last nights pizza are good for variety, but a full blown breakfast of bacon and eggs and stuff like that exists only in the realm of the obese.
I only feel pain when I have to hear J-pop music, sanks yuu tsu za Engrish in much songu. Also, if Japanese engineers mastered CDs with a little less high and more bass, I'd have lots of CDs by Japanese artists in my collection.
Insane bands over here are common enough, but "great" bands are few and far between.
