I think we should make a law that politicians are not allowed to legislate about anything that they have not taken courses on (and passed). This goes especially true for technology but could be applied to other things like medicine, economy, etc..

It will take the full class period just to load. Just imagine the latest cut of OpenOffice on five-year-old surplus hardware.
How about some old copies of Office 97 instead? That still runs snappy on my mid-1990's Toshiba laptop...
Or how about Abiword [abisource.com], and still avoid M$ while you're at it? OO.o is admittedly rather sluggish on its first open, and for this reason I like a more responsive word processor like Abiword. Taking into account OO.o's bloated nature, Abiword comes preinstalled on "lighter" distros of Linux like Xubuntu.
80% and 60% are both actually very poor accuracies. I wouldn't be worried; this won't be taken seriously as any type of reliable profiling.
