as the european union files a lawsuit against microsoft because ms breaks rules that were set by the commission für Interoperable Systems (ECIS). after already in 2004 it was stated that ms uses their dominant position, as windows is not interoperabel with other vendors products. now with XAML they even try to be on the internet just as dominant.
