I am against any kind of censorship , in fact i am for 2-law method for eg lets say if a group of people want to bring law against watching porn , then they should allowed to bring the law as long as they(ppl who are anti-porn) register with some authority and when if any one is caught watching porn and if found registered should be sent to jail , where who were not registered (pro porn) , if caught , should be let off as they did not vote for the law. See , this way both groups will be happy , they got what they wanted from the law .
Hi , Please don't mind , but from your post it seems that you are doing a great favor to Linux by using it. To me your complain does not look genuine , why don't you want to use install manager, all you have to do is select the application and press install button. And whats wrong with the running the script in a terminal if the application require you to do so ?
I want to ask you a question , why you really want to support Linux : a) Its Free b) Ideology c) Other
I use it because it saves me thousands of dollars and i admire the attitude and people behind it.
What intellectual property he is talking about ? What if people who helped draft the TCP/IP protocol decides that from now on only xyz company can use there intellectual standard .
If any OS that sends me a packets on port 137,138,139,etc, i(my OS) reserved the right to respond in kind . So , keep your patented intellectual protocol away from my pc , otherwise my OS will respond in the same language that other OS(sender) understand.
