    If you miss an easy-to-use interface, you haven't tried the Gnu Privacy Project.

    It is an easy to use bundle which consists of GnuPG, GPA and WinPT all installed with one exe.

    You guys may want to check [1] or [2] (the same one), it's the reference URL for Hoax-/chainmail-/mmf- etc. information. It's on german, but it's the best. They also have a newsletter.

    AFAICS Technical problems aren't the main part, but rather problems with the delivery, etc.. so 25% may be a little high.. the shops from which they bought aren't listed either, so you can't use that as a measurement...
