If we stay republican I will be fine. If we go this obama socialist route I will quit my job, impregnate women a plenty and claim all the offspring on my taxes and sit on my rear end and let the government pay me $2k a month! Screw using the money to feed the kids, they can wonder the neighborhood and get food at their friends house or something. It will be great, either way I win and will be happy!

The phrase "around the wold" is mentioned a couple of times in the bible. I am not sure where people get the world is flat at. "The four corners of the world" doesn't make me think that the world is flat. One example: http://www.biblegateway.com/passage/?search=isaiah%2040:22;&version=31; I can't find the one where someone was talking about "traveling around the world", it is in there though

Evolution is a ploy to keep simple minded people happy. Just like all sciences, it is there to make money. It explains nothing if you really think about it. But you don't think about it. You just bash everything and demand that your ideas are the absolute black and white truth. And when comparing your self to religion you automatically put your self on top. To think the whole world came into existence based on cells is something science fiction. I have taken biology 1 & 2. There was a heck of alot of theories that were presented as facts in those books. I am sure they had nothing else to go on. I think as science continues to fail, that there will be a large religious movement in the future. Because people will finally have the real truth that they need.

I've been using a QOS mod for smoothwall 2.0 for about 5 years now: http://community.smoothwall.org/forum/viewtopic.php?p=164920 Works fine, not sure what everyone is whining about. It seems that QOS is some kind of black art or something. I have spent hundreds of hours trying to help people on that forum to get a good working qos setup and every time it just ends up being a waste of my time. People just don't take the time to read up on the technology that they are trying to implement and I just end up going around and around in circles. But what I can tell you is that no matter what the heck goes on on my network, no matter how much p2p apps are ran, I always have clear voip calls and lag free gaming. I remember seeing an article about a device that was supposed to automatically shape your traffic and give you lag free gaming and stuff. I am sure it never took off because as it seems no matter how simple you make QOS, people still can't figure it out.

I have always been disappointed in ubuntu. Way too much crap thrown together that I don't need and I hate release schedules. I have been running debian-testing for a couple of years. It is always up to date, no need to do wacky reinstalls every 6 months. I always laugh at the ubuntu fan boys ranting about how they just upgraded to the latest release and about how they are up to date now. Even the latest release is several months behind debian-testing and I didn't have to anything except "aptitude upgrade" to get it. BAM!
