    At my College, an "D" was enough if you had no course that followed right after it. Example Math 101 you needed a C or better because it was required to take Math 202. Also, we were only allowed a single "D" in the major. Tim S.

    it would make them part of an
    conspiracy to cover up flaws.
    And, when someone uses that flaw
    would make them and the Companies
    they work for possibly liable to
    large amount of damages and
    possible jail time.

    The size of the table is NOT a great reason to NOT use foreign keys. The large size combined with the need to do fast updates or inserts can sometimes be a good reason to NOT use foreign keys(DRI). Tim S.

    Station wagons are considered cars; therefore they must follow the car fuel standards. SUV and Minvans are not considered cars therefore the use the truck fuel/mileage standards. Normal Station wagons use too much gas therefore they are effectively illegal. Tim S.

    Too bad they made the normal station wagon
    style car illegal. The SUV or mini-van is
    the only choices full big families or
    group travel.
    The fuel regs effectively outlawed station
    wagons in the USA.

    If a big rig hits you, and it's more than just a love tap, it doesn't really matter what you're riding in.

    About 15 years ago, I had a co-worker that had survived an hit in the side of his large pick-up truck. He had about 3 months recovery but he lived though it. The Semi ran a stoplight in town so speed was about 30 MPH. Tim S.

    Is most of your food and retail items delivered
    by semi-tractors and trailers in European?

    Getting hit by a semi or other big truck is a
    risk in the USA.

    I support above even if it did not cause the law to be repealed.

    The bill to improve health care never defined what improved meant
    in a simple way. That I could find; never read all 2000+ pages.

    Does it mean lowering costs?
    Or, maybe increasing the average age at death?

    Or, does it mean increasing the average age, at death, of the people
    in the party in power?

    Scilab is another FLOSS Matlab like application.
    Octave tries to do everything just like Matlab.
    Scilab does not try to do it all the Matlab way;
    I find it easier to use; since,
    Scilab syntax is closer to C Language.
