This really isn't that surprising to me - Kim Jong-Il is a noted movie buff, so it makes perfect sense that the Pirate Bay would relocate there. I just hope he doesn't get his hands on a translated copy of Team America: World Police.
Am I missing something, or would this be a hell of a lot easier to do in space? From TFA I gather that he's looking for an instance of no outside force, and, since orbit is essentially free-fall, this would be easily accomplished on the ISS. Granted, I might be missing the point entirely, or I don't get his strange "I've got to do this on the surface of the Earth!" fetish.
It doesn't take much to rise faster than the Chinese Yuan - the Yuan is artificially pegged to the value of the dollar, and really doesn't go anywhere at all. The reason the Chinese do this is it keeps the Yuan weak, and thus, their exports cheap - especially in the US, where most of their exported goods go. This has allowed China's economy to grow an astonishing amount (5-10% annually) in the past couple of decades. Sometimes it helps to have weak currency.
Have you ever actually used this service? What was that? No? I didn't think so.
I'm another high school senior (one of my classmates posted earlier up) who has used this service since my sophmore year. Every time, I have submitted the paper personally. For emphasis, this means that THE STUDENTS SUBMIT THE PAPERS. Each student registers an account with Turnitin, signs up for "classes" (which gives teachers the ability to see the report on the paper), and submits the papers themselves. All the teacher does is check the reports that Turnitin mails them. Thus, every student who uses this service has already commited to an EULA/TOS. I'll repeat that. EVERY STUDENT who has used this service HAS SIGNED AN EULA.
Sorry for cap-spamming, but this point has not come across to many readers, so I felt the need to re-iterate strongly.

I think a more relevant question is how many Wikipedias will a bathroom drain hold?
