I don't know if they are still selling them, but I have heard that they are going out of business. They apparently will be exchanging out their systems for DirecTV DSS systems.
It's obvious to me that the parents that are taking their kid's computer away, making them stop gaming, and chastizing them directly after the Littleton incident DON'T KNOW THEIR CHILDREN. If these parents would take the time to actually know who their kids are, they wouldn't have to parent in a paranoid frame of mind. When something this tragic pops up, they suddenly realize that they don't know what their kid is doing, and overcompensate. They'd probably be amazed to find out how intelligent and interesting their kids really are. ----- Nate
I used to work for Creative tech support here in Stillwater, Oklahoma. E-mail support was not handled at all. If they added it, it is something new, and I bet they are not giving much priority to it.
Actually, faxing them is probably one of the best ways to go. Someone will actually take the time to try to work through your problem, unlike the people who are on the phone and are supposed to try to keep the call to a 12 minute average.
I used to be a support mgr at a smaller WM. The security room was in the same room that the accounting people were in (and the safe).
I put a few of the cameras in the store.
The problem areas usually have them installed. Also, almost every cash register overhead is real. But for the most part, many are fake.
The store tended to play it safe rather than risk being sued.

Minors can enter into legal contracts. They can also withdraw from them at anytime before they reach 18.
In other words, if you are an adult making a contract with a minor, be careful.
