I work for one of the largest banks in canada. We have 6 OS/390 servers. One production, one development / backup, and a Y2K one (Which is getting hauled off in a month I think). We also have a similar setup at an alternate site 30 miles away. The systems are all located on a raised foor a long with 100 sun 4500, VAX, Tandem, etc etc. We have close to 1 billion dollar worth of hardware at each site plus we have 20 Nearline STK lsm as well.. Do you really think were not protect against power surges. Also we have these huge generators in the basment as well. (Attually pretty cool if you ever saw them something out of a sci-fi movie)

Man im getting wheeping. Really im touched. Now could you make a sarcastic and mean comment like that to someones face. (Unless you really hated them and where much larger) I seriously dought it. I have to say for most inet communication not only brings out the real person inside but let people be more honest. Now if I was breaking up with a girl or getting dumped by some chicky I would want to have an email first. Mainly because they are less likely to BS. Then I would see the f2f.

True some people just cannot fit in with other people in situations like that. Most people like this feel more alone when there in a crowded room than the would sitting at home in the dark.

Personally I would of prefered the rap version of Unclef***er myself. Maybe throw a little suck daddy, opps sorry puff daddy in there and you got yourself a winner.
I have to agree with you totally. Xenogrears is probly one of the best RPG's ever made. It is also the most underrated game ever made. However I have never heard anyone say they did not like that game after they played it. The graphics are not that great but the FMV (anime and 3d rendered) kick ass and the story is probly almost better than that of FF7 or Parisite Eve. I hope they make a second one for the PSX2.
The graphics are really good. Better than the PC's right now. Don't think that will last more than a year though. But then again the PSX2 should be out by then in the U.S. One point I hate about the DC is its controller. The thing sucks when playing any fighting game. Invest in an arcade stick if you can. .
Dreamcast Graphics are not to bad right now. However I hate those damn controllers and the drive is really load. However if the PSX2 is even 1/3 of which its supposed to be then my DC is going into a pile with my Nintendo (Classic) and Atari systems.
I just recently got a new postion a very large Bank (IO Department). My job current is that of sysop and sys developer (sysop only for 1 month). At first when i took this job I was pretty unhappy about the hourly thing, since i was the only on in the department that was on it. However it wasn't a big deal for me because I HAVE to work 40 hours, there is no way that I can work anyless since the system has to be monitored 24/7. Since after my first week here I have been putting in a sice ammount of hours (one week was over 90+). If i was salary I would be making about 25-40% less. I think hourly is a must if know your going to be working out of the 9 to 5.
If your going to take that type of reasoning then why stop there. Why not apply it to Drugs, Bombs, and other products of desruction. Being an one of the few people who lives above you guys (Canada) and could never understand why guns where so important to americans. I see know difference between guns and bombs or anything else like that. There only purpose is to kill. There not orniments and there not toys.

Thats not True Soul Caliber was a good game. Even better than the arcade version.
