I remember this vividly... I was in third grade, we were in the library to watch the shuttle launch and I was sitting on the the cool linoleum floor with the rest of my class mates. I was psyched because at the time it was my dream to become an astronaut. (Till I found out the extrordinarily high requirements to be one) I'll never forget that day, sitting watching that old TV with the gargantuan sized VCR sitting on the shelf below it and the moment when the shuttle exploded. I didn't believe it at first, and truely thought that it couldn't be real. How could NASA let something like that happen.. Well needless to say it was real, and that is something I will never forget. BUT, the moment they announce that one can take a space flight for a fee, I *will* have my name on that list, money waiting to be spent. :) I would have said long live space exploration.. But we havn't really gotten much past sending out probes.. But that's another issue entirely.

Alternatly, you could figure that if said human were opening these envelopes with wierd stuff in them, it would brighten their day and or at least give them a laugh in an otherwise immensly boring position. Personally, as apposed to sitting and opening envelopes all day, I'd prefer to bash my own skull open. My personal mail is fun (well if I get a gift anyway) but someone elses all day would drive me batty...

Just an observation. Gold and Lead weigh the same do they not? Why not use pieces of lead? :) Save some money and such.

Forget twinkies... What about those huge Pixie sticks? You know the three foot long, ones that turn ordinary kids in to psycho-paths? :)

Who gives a rats ass. I've been kicked off now for the third time because of trading metallica files. I've promptly deleted all of them and now change the station every time Metallica comes on. Besides now with the nifty program audioGnome, I can log in to as many networks as I want and Metallica can't do a damn thing about it. The link for audioGnome can be found here: http://opennap.sourceforge.net/#clients

After reading an earlier post I hauled off and became a member, and decided to donate a bit more than $20. If they're out there fighting for my freedom to do whatever the hell I damn well please with the things I buy with my hard earned money then they deserve to be supported. Who else is going to do it?? The government certainly won't, it seems every time they think they're doing something to protect us, things get worse. Bah.. I'll stop now before I launch in to a rant.

Out of curiosity, does this look to anyone else (at least from the screen shots) like a version of WinCE (Or windows powered if you can stomach calling it that)? Dunno, that's just what it struck me as looking like. I don't know about anyone else, but it seems terribly plain on my "pocket pc", I don't think I'd want that on main computer, stable or not stable.

Thanks for the link, I had been using linux for a quite a while at work and a shift in my responsibilities prompted the need to use Win2k (bleh). I've really missed having many desktops as I generally have about 15 windows open and can't stand making the taskbar larger. This is a GREAT way to get around that problem.
