I have one of these and they're pretty awesome for basic slow signal testing. I haven't used the computer interface but its awesome as a cheap pocket scope.
Lack of empathy is a big problem when you have control over the lives of many people in the way that high ranking politicians do.
I think most of the comments you'd actually get would be offers for discount viagra, and various other wonderful bits of spam.
That may actually be a wise move... I don't see many countries being willing to cooperate with an extradition order to North Korea.
