  1. FFT anyone !? on 4G Phones Are Really Fast — At Draining Batteries · · Score: 1

Increased power consumption has nothing to do with phones spending "an lot of battery power trying to hunt down a signal". 4M (both LTE and WiMAX) uses OFDMA as opposed to 3G which relies on CDMA. One of the consequences is that the baseband receiver needs to process much wider range of frequencies, which leads to increased power consumption.

To me, 8 year sentence for killing a man in a combat situation is not even justice, but actually overreaction to media hysteria. At any rate I'm not going to discuss the details of the trial - they are not important.

And my point is still valid - this is a crime committed by an individual, not a state as you claimed. So you are still a liar.

I will take just one of the so called "facts" that you write about, show that it is in reality a lie which for every sane person should further discredit everything that you write. Tom Hurndall was killed by a soldier, which was later trialled by Israeli military courted and sentenced to 8 years in prison. Fair trial and not "murder" [sic] is what Israel does. And you are a liar.

Patent quality not always matters, sheer numbers often are more important. As patents for certain technologies are counted in thousands, do you really think somebody can actually evaluate all these patents? Have you tried to read a patent and figure out what it is about? Patents are written in such way that it takes a lot of time to analyze. This is way in the end what counts is the number of patents, not the quality - nobody can evaluate the quality of say 10K patents.
