i am assuming this only applies to people who bought/download their stuff right off steam.
Since i got my steam account with the purchase of a game in a 3rd party store...i dont even think/remember that steam has my CC information.
i still think that cr@pmark is a good way to compare cards to each other - and/or make sure that a setup you have is on par (performance wise) with what others have.
If you only get 50% of the score someone else has...then you know something is screwed with your system.
