    How evil! Apple actually makes AT&T pay for their product? The DoJ better step in to right this heinous wrong! This isn't fair to alll those other phone manufacturers lose out on tons of revenue since they obviously give their phones away to AT&T for free.

    The Playbook was a huge flop especially after their arrogant 'amateur hour is over' campaign. RIM had to take a $485 million write off due to the deep price cuts just to move units. And even with those price cuts it took nearly a year to supposedly sell 1 million.

    Congress supercedes it with another law or repeals it. Was that really so hard? That clause is pretty standard legalese in bills.
