I agree parents have ruined their children, but I'm one of those personal accountiblity types. This kid's parents helping with the lawsuit is just perpetuating this behavior.
I know when I was that age I had enough cognitive ability to decide what it proper and what isn't in various settings. I think it's half having good parents and half having a brain (given to me by my parents).
All kids involved in the video taping the teacher are morons. I remember when it was common sense not to do something so blatantly stupid and self-incriminating while in school. What ever happened to being able to sit for 45 minutes without acting like a jackass?
