High prices -- yes. Poor quality merchandise -- yes. Unfriendly sales staff? No. As a former CC employee, I could tell you that we never did anything that wasn't mandated by management. Most of the bad attitude sales staff gets is undeserved.

Seriously, folks. This needed to happen. Circuit City, in the past couple years, resembled a sick dog that was just asking to be put out of its misery. Now the healing can start.
I love it when people try to "strike back" at the "horrors" of the Internet. I would love to live in a world where people don't complain this much. Boohoo. You were "defamed" by your students? So what? Suck it up or fight back in like. Don't complain about the big scary American monster to a higher authority.
