    But that's also the sad news ... Face the facts. There will always be n00bs. Me and the only other Linux user I know in the real world are starting to consider mass-sterilization to be a viable solution.

    I can understand their reluctance to move. That can't be cheap. But you're right that they should do something about *real* security. Maybe it's an inside job?

    I know it's interface isn't user-friendly in the usual sense of the phrase, but it is a great app once you get the hang of it.

    Having now seen links to more screenshots down the comments chain, I would suggest that you go to the "contacts" section if you want to see a major diffrence. But you are right that it does not seem any different on the "home" page.

    It would probably be better (for the seller) if they used a larger scale. e.g. ratio 15=$0.10, ratio 30=$0.20. Or maybe an exponential scale: +$0.10 at share ratios of 1, 2, 4, 8, 16, 32, 64, 128, 256, 512...
    Actually, with the exponential model the seller could afford to refund beyond $1.00, because each successive refund marker is so much harder to achieve. Individuals wanting to make a living this way would be forced to constantly be downloading the latest hits if they want to keep their income going steady.

    You can use HTTP, FTP, cell-phones and other communication mediums -whether protocol based or not- to perform illegal activities. I like sending Linux ISO's using smoke signals. I am seriously considering switching to DSL...

    My brother uses Yahoo and my sister uses Hotmail. I hate the look of both. Gmail's interface is good for me. Even though I have not gotten either IMAP or the new interface. I check hourly.

    Most people will likely only notice the interface change. We geeks are the ones that care about IMAP.

    Why not? If everybody on earth would suddenly start using some Linux distro that is currently in beta, it would still be in beta. Granted, it would likely get out of beta pretty quickly thanks to all the Linux devs coming from other projects, but for a time, it would still be a beta.
