    ... to create a C64 game? That's probably because back then there were about 3 guys involved in making the game! Not like the 100's we see making the games of today :-)

    In my opinion Gears of War is going to prove a tough game to crack, with Gears of War 2 being made it's going to mean Halo 3 has to be pretty much perfect to better it. Still, it does mean one thing the Xbox 360 has some of the best games around exclusive to its gamers :-)

  3. What happened to the dominance of Altavista on Who Isn't Afraid of Google? · · Score: 1
    Back in the early days of the Internet when Netscape was king and Geocities was awash with individuals poor attempt at a homepage there was Altavista. Now I know its still with us, but back then it was by far the most used search engine - possibly website - there was. Is there any chance of another search engine coming from nowhere and taking over from Google? I find it hard to see how, but nobody seems to be trying very hard...

    Do Yahoo! really have the image and the business to take on Google? With falling profits they need to start capturing web users once again before we are left with just one search portal left - Google. That wouldn't be good would it?

    ...because IE7 is still full of bugs and it's still not as good to use use as Firefox. It seems to spend half its time phishing!
